Pricing Policy
The objective for pricing policy at LJ Language Solutions is for it to be as fair, simple and transparent both to its clients and to the company itself.
With this in mind, all payments will be made in advance of the services received via the LJ Languages Solution platform. This will allow for confidence in our clients and a clear recourse in the event that a refund were required.
The platform used will ensure a professional and easily accessible interface for the client, and provide secure payment and safeguarding client privacy and confidentiality.
Scheduling for classes and work will also be done directly through the company platform/website, always with the possibility to speak to someone directly via phone or email.
Where a class is required to be cancelled by the student, the primary solution will be to reschedule. Where for any unforeseen circumstances, the tutor cancels, then a full refund or a reschedule will be offered.
In the event that the class is not cancelled in advance of 24 hours notice, then no refund will be given, and rescheduling will incur the normal class fee (correct at that time).

Whilst every effort will be made in teaching every student to the highest level, the language tutor can not guarantee exam success & is not responsible if the student does not make good progress or pass exams.
Where required/requested a responsible guardian/parent will be given progress reports on a student.
Tutors must be made aware of any medical conditions (including behavioural issues) or special educational requirements that their child may have.
Terms & Conditions. Whoever refers another customer to us, should already have made a booking or completed a course for themselves.
The referral discount will be applied to any of our services offered, after the new client has completed a lesson with us.
